Job Description

Growisto is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Strategist to join our team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. In this key role, you will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth by strategically selling our digital marketing services to large enterprise clients. Your core objective is to consistently exceed sales targets by building a robust pipeline, nurturing long-term client relationships, and expertly guiding complex deals from initial contact to successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate high-quality enterprise leads through strategic cold calling and multi-channel outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture trusted relationships with key decision-makers, serving as the primary point of contact to deeply understand and address their business needs.
• Sales Process Execution: Employ a consultative selling approach to tailor Growisto’s solutions, effectively moving leads through all stages of the sales funnel.
• Sales Performance Management: Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics and KPIs to leadership, using data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead and manage negotiations for complex enterprise-level contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements and close deals.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a strategic, high-EQ professional with 1-3 years of proven B2B sales experience. You are a skilled communicator who thrives on collaboration, excels at stakeholder management, and leverages data-driven insights to make smart decisions and achieve ambitious targets.

Required Experience & Skills:
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or enterprise services.
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A data-driven mindset with a strong aptitude for insight-led analysis and decision-making.
• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally.
