Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)
Age Eligibility: 19 to 50 years
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Mumbai & Thane
Shift: Rotational (AUS, UK, US shifts)
Working Days: 5 days a week
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹55,000 per month (take-home) + Attendance & Performance Incentives
Transport: Cab facility available

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the willingness to work in rotational voice-based shifts. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; BPO experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and clear accent).
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts (AUS, UK, US timings).
HSC (12th pass) or above; freshers can apply (no regular college students).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate call systems.
Customer-friendly attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
Preferred Experience
Previous BPO or customer service experience (voice process) is an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools or call center software.
