Job Description
This role is responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of authorized medical professionals. The nurse will administer treatments, monitor patient conditions, and maintain rigorous clinical documentation to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care. A successful candidate will be a key member of the healthcare team, responding to patient needs and emergencies with competence and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and meticulously document patient responses, vital signs, and progress in patient records.
• Perform essential clinical procedures, including wound care and intravenous line placements.
• Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies within the clinical setting.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential patient documentation.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented registered nurse with strong clinical skills. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player committed to patient welfare and safety. Prior experience or knowledge in specialized areas like chemotherapy drug preparation is highly valued and considered a significant advantage for this role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Valid nursing diploma or degree (ANM, GNM, or B.Sc. Nursing) and current registration with the State Nursing Council.
• 1-5 years of clinical nursing experience; freshers with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
• Proven competency in clinical procedures, patient monitoring, and accurate documentation.
• Ability to follow complex medical instructions and emergency protocols with precision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to adhering to the highest safety standards.
• Proficiency in Hindi is preferred. Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pune, Maharashtra, are required.
