We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent for a full-time, permanent position. This is a guest-facing role central to providing an exceptional hospitality experience from the first point of contact. You will be the primary representative of the hotel, responsible for handling all front desk operations with professionalism, accuracy, and a welcoming demeanor.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Answering all incoming telephone calls from both prospective and existing guests.
• Assisting guests with making, modifying, and managing hotel reservations.
• Efficiently assigning rooms and suites to arriving guests based on preferences and availability.
• Proactively assisting guests with their requests and professionally addressing any complaints.
• Maintaining meticulous and accurate records of all guest charges and billing information.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 1 year of total work experience is preferred, ideally within a hospitality or customer service setting.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and proficiency with reservation systems. A polite and patient telephone manner is essential.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, reliable, and possesses a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest service.
• Availability: Must be ready to commence employment on the specified start date.
