Vibsecapes is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team as General Service Associates (GSA) at our Karjat and Mulshi Resorts. This entry-level, full-time role is an excellent opportunity for those who take pride in creating a pristine, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will ensure our spaces reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and order, directly contributing to the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and prepare guest rooms, villas, and public areas thoroughly and efficiently according to resort standards.
• Replace linens, restock guest amenities, and ensure every room is presented flawlessly.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and service calls.
• Identify, report, and log any maintenance issues or potential safety hazards.
• Adhere strictly to all hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless resort operations.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to quality. While prior experience is beneficial, we value efficiency, a keen eye for detail, and the physical stamina required for the role above all. This position requires flexibility to support our resort operations across various shifts.
