We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our housekeeping team, playing a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest comfort and hygiene standards. Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing all furniture and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize bathroom areas meticulously, scrubbing toilets, showers, bathtubs, and vanities to a spotless finish.
Change bed linens, make beds neatly, and replace used towels with fresh, clean supplies.
Restock all guest amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) and replenish in-room beverages and snacks as per standard.
Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and sanitization procedures.
Greet guests warmly, respond to their queries politely, and address specific requests professionally.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers with a foundational understanding of hospitality service. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Education/Background: A background in hospitality (relevant course or prior interest) is mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
