Join Vibescapes, a boutique hospitality brand creating nature-immersive experiences across Maharashtra. We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor for our Mulshi location to champion cleanliness and team leadership. In this on-ground role, you will ensure our serene properties reflect the highest standards of hygiene, comfort, and rustic luxury, directly contributing to the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and schedule the housekeeping team, including room attendants and laundry staff, to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Oversee and inspect the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas (lobbies, dining, restrooms), and all outdoor spaces.
• Train new team members on eco-conscious cleaning protocols, guest interaction, safety, and property-specific standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Uphold and implement sustainability practices in all housekeeping operations, aligning with our nature-first brand values.
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and resolving any issues.
• Coordinate seamlessly with front office, maintenance, and F&B departments for unified property management.
• Prepare regular reports on staff performance, cleanliness audits, and inventory usage.

The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality professional with proven leadership skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to sustainable practices. You must be physically fit, adaptable to a flexible schedule, and passionate about maintaining pristine environments in a boutique resort setting.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Background in boutique hotels, eco-resorts, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable housekeeping practices.
• Comfortable working weekends, flexible shifts, and physically managing operations across large properties.
• Language proficiency in English and Marathi or Hindi is preferred.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Mulshi; food and accommodation are provided.
