Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and well-informed HR Payroll & Compliance Executive to oversee our payroll operations and guarantee adherence to all labour laws and company regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete salary administration, statutory deductions, and audit processes, while ensuring accurate record-keeping and resolving employee inquiries related to payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management: Process and administer employee payrolls to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement. This includes calculating salaries, deductions, bonuses, reimbursements, and overtime payments.

Statutory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all labour laws and statutory deductions like PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and Professional Tax. File and remit all statutory payments within due dates.

Employee Benefits & Taxation: Handle employee income tax declarations and deductions as per government norms. Manage benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and Gratuity.

Audits & Reporting: Prepare detailed payroll reports and assist during internal and external audits. Maintain precise and confidential records for compliance and generate MIS reports for management.

HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies and labour laws. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies related to payroll, attendance, and leave management.

Skill Requirement

The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in payroll systems and statutory regulations, coupled with sharp analytical abilities. Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills are essential to manage complex payroll data and address employee queries effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and compliance management.

Strong knowledge of payroll software, HRMS systems, and proficiency in MS Excel.

In-depth familiarity with Indian labour laws, taxation (TDS), and statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
