DMC India is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Immigration Counselor (Sales) to join our growing team in Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their global mobility journey. You will be responsible for converting client aspirations into successful immigration plans through expert consultation and persuasive relationship-building. Success is measured by your ability to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional, end-to-end client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert consultation to clients on various immigration programs, visa options, and pathways.
• Convert client inquiries into confirmed enrollments through effective consultative sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and reliable post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on changing immigration laws and policies to provide accurate advice.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in immigration or related consultancy sales. You must be a confident communicator, a strategic problem-solver, and possess a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their international goals in a competitive, target-driven environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience in immigration sales or a closely related field (study abroad, visa consultancy).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus with exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• A proven track record of being target-driven with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
