Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Indian Chef responsible for crafting authentic dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in regional Indian cuisines and a passion for maintaining excellence in taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare a wide range of authentic Indian dishes with consistency and care.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Ensure all food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly met.
• Design and develop menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Lead, train, and supervise junior kitchen staff in various tasks.
• Control inventory, manage food costs, and minimize waste.
• Specialize in specific areas such as Tandoor or South Indian cuisine, if applicable.

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Skill Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a dedicated chef with proven experience in Indian culinary arts. Formal qualifications are flexible; however, substantial hands-on experience in a professional kitchen is essential.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as an Indian Chef.
• Strong knowledge of diverse regional Indian cuisines, spices, and cooking techniques.
• Proven ability in menu design, inventory control, and kitchen cost management.
• Experience in maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to lead a team, train junior staff, and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Preferred Attributes
• Specialization in Tandoor, South Indian, or other regional Indian cooking styles.
• A creative approach to menu development and food presentation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
