Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our head office team in a fully office-based role. You will be a key link between our Marketing and Sales teams, responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and after-sales support.

Your core responsibilities will focus on proactive sales engagement and customer relationship management. Key duties include:
• Seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
• Monitoring and managing sales enquiries, quotes, conversions, and lost deals.
• Building strong customer relationships to promote product sales and secure orders.
• Networking with new users in academic and industrial sectors.
• Working closely with the inside sales team and Regional/Zonal Managers on all sales-related tasks.
• Managing order processing and conducting price negotiations.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in achieving targets, and the ability to nurture long-term client relationships. You should be comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales techniques and proficient in using sales tools.

Must-have qualifications:
• 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (inbound and outbound).
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• This role is open only to male candidates.

Preferred skills:
• Additional language skills (please specify in your application).
• Experience in order management and price negotiation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with regional managers.
