Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing expert counselling on overseas education and immigration pathways. Your ability to understand client needs, offer personalized advice, and confidently promote our services will be key to converting inquiries into successful customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for potential customers, offering expert advice on overseas education and immigration through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Evaluate client profiles objectively and provide neutral, informed recommendations on suitable countries, courses, and visa pathways.
• Stay updated on immigration laws, visa policies, and global education trends to offer accurate and reliable guidance.
• Develop customized global career strategies aligned with each client’s goals and eligibility.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for customer acquisition and revenue generation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively resolving queries and guiding clients through the application process.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and contribute to a positive work culture.

Job Details
• Job Title: Inside Sales Consultant
• Job Type: Full-time, On-site
• Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Skill Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for an excellent communicator with a sales-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their overseas dreams. Prior experience in counselling, sales, or the immigration/education sector is beneficial.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
• Strong counselling, listening, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude with a focus on achieving goals.

Preferred Experience
• Background in education counselling, overseas consulting, immigration services, or related sales roles.
• Understanding of visa processes, study abroad options, or global career pathways.
