Bhanzu (Exploring Infinites) is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is available on both full-time and part-time bases and is central to driving our growth by generating and nurturing leads. You will act as a key ambassador for our brand, engaging potential clients and partners to expand our reach and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Qualifying leads through strategic cold calling, email outreach, and digital channels aligned with our business model.
• Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
• Providing crucial support to senior management by helping prepare business plans, client presentations, and proposals.
• Meticulously managing and updating the CRM database to accurately track leads, communications, and sales pipeline progress.
• Assisting in contract negotiations and due diligence processes to ensure smooth deal closures.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or business development, preferably with exposure to international markets. You must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for contributing to a growing brand.
Required skills and qualifications include:
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or client-facing roles. Experience in ROW (Rest of World) or international markets is preferred.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management.
• Communication & Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with an analytical mindset for research and strategy execution.
• Personal Attributes: Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic startup setting. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is essential.
