Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tele Sales Executive with a strong international BPO background to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls, managing leads for channel partners, and building lasting customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets by promoting our products/services to an international clientele, ensuring a professional and persuasive customer experience from initial contact to deal closure.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Making outbound calls to potential international customers to promote and sell company products/services.
• Assigning qualified leads to existing channel partners and managing the follow-up process to ensure closures.
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
• Following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
• Professionally handling customer queries and providing accurate, relevant information.
• Maintaining precise records of all customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Collaborating with the team to refine sales scripts and improve conversion strategies.
• Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively overcome objections.
• Ensuring full compliance with company policies and international sales regulations
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a target-driven professional with proven experience in international outbound sales and a persuasive communication style. You should possess a resilient sales attitude, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured, target-oriented environment.
We require the following qualifications and skills:
• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in telesales, channel partner management, or outbound sales within an international BPO setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sales-oriented mindset.
• Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA in Marketing is a preferred qualification.
• Familiarity with CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed targets.
