About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Drawing & Design Support Specialist to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise, accurate, and timely 2D drawings based on finalized designs, supporting site surveys, material coordination, and maintaining design integrity throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and create survey layouts and sections.
Prepare flawless 2D detailed drawings based on approved designs and site data.
Support the design development process by sourcing reference images and assisting in material selection.
Coordinate with senior associates and project teams to finalize material lists and ensure design alignment.
Visit project sites regularly to verify adherence to design intent and update drawings as per change control processes.
Maintain organized drawing records and ensure all revisions are documented accurately.
Assist in ensuring all design outputs meet quality standards and project timelines.

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical drafting skills, site measurement experience, and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate, construction-ready drawings. A background in architecture, interior design, or civil drafting is highly valued.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural/ interior/ civil drafting or design support.
Proficiency in 2D drafting software (AutoCAD mandatory; knowledge of other tools is a plus).
Experience in site surveying, taking measurements, and creating layout drawings.
Ability to produce accurate, detailed, and timely technical drawings.
Strong coordination skills for material selection and documentation.
Willingness to visit project sites regularly and work under guidance of senior team members.
Good understanding of design processes, change control, and drawing revision protocols.
Preferred Attributes
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience working in interior design, architectural, or construction firms.
Ability to read and interpret design sketches and specifications.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple drawing sets efficiently.
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
