Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Leading the design process from initial concept development to final realization, ensuring a seamless client journey.
• Crafting and presenting compelling design narratives that blend innovative global trends with local cultural context.
• Utilizing advanced tools to create detailed sketches, 3D models, and photorealistic renderings that sell the vision.
• Conducting thorough research on international brands, materials, and design competitions to inform and elevate projects.
• Proactively managing project timelines, resolving conflicts, and navigating challenges with creative problem-solving.
• Building and maintaining exceptional client relationships through clear communication, trust, and expert guidance

The ideal candidate must possess:
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in high-end interior design or architecture.
• A degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Expert proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape), Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
• A strong, innovative design portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of space, form, and function.
• Excellent technical knowledge of construction, materials, and market standards.
• Superior client-handling, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Outstanding abilities in planning, time management, and driving projects forward efficiently.
