Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Interior Designer to join our team. In this full-time, in-person role based in Navi Mumbai, you will be integral to transforming client visions into detailed, executable design plans. Your work will span from initial concept drawings to on-site supervision, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Creating detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and isometrics using AutoCAD.
• Preparing comprehensive designs and layouts for furniture and interiors with accurate detailing and labeling.
• Developing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and project estimates efficiently using MS Excel.
• Conducting site visits for precise measurements and coordinating with vendors for material and execution.
• Managing ongoing project sites, ensuring adherence to design, and conducting client meetings.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational education in interior design coupled with practical software expertise. You should be a detail-oriented professional capable of handling multiple project aspects from drafting to client coordination.
We require:
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design from a reputed institute.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD and Google SketchUp for design and modeling.
• Practical working knowledge of MS Excel, specifically for creating BOQs and estimates.
• Excellent communication skills for client meetings and vendor coordination.
