Job Description
We are seeking a talented and versatile Interior Designer to lead our residential projects from initial concept through to final installation. As the key creative and operational point of contact, you will translate client visions into detailed, executable designs, while ensuring flawless on-site supervision. This role demands a perfect blend of creative design expertise and practical project management to deliver beautiful, functional spaces on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts, mood boards, and detailed plans using advanced 2D/3D software.
• Create photorealistic 3D visualizations, detailed working drawings, and material specifications for client presentations and execution teams.
• Act as the primary client liaison, managing expectations, approvals, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise on-site execution and installation, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and the operations team to ensure design integrity.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control, resolving any design or execution challenges proactively.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with strong technical proficiency in design software and hands-on experience in site supervision. You must possess a keen aesthetic sense, excellent client management skills, and the adaptability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, on-site environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in residential interior design and project management.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona) and 2D tools (AutoCAD).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in space planning, material selection, and full-scale project execution.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 75%) for site visits, client meetings, and vendor coordination.
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Navi Mumbai.
