Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong technical expertise to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming design concepts into precise, buildable plans. You will handle projects from initial site measurement through to the creation of detailed layouts, elevations, and bills of quantity, ensuring designs are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and compliant with structural requirements. Your work will bridge creative vision and practical execution for both residential and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and elevations for interior projects.
• Formulate practical and aesthetic designs tailored to client purposes and site constraints.
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and assist with quantity assessment.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, assessments, and to ensure design quality and compliance.
• Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables meet scheduled deadlines.
• Create presentations and communicate design concepts effectively to clients and team members.
• Utilize software tools including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Excel proficiently.

You must be able to solve complex spatial problems, select appropriate materials, and translate ideas into precise technical documentation. Excellent communication and site coordination skills are essential for success.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• A Diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in residential/commercial interior design.
• Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; skills in SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Excel are required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of interior elements, building structures, and materials.
• Proven ability to create high-quality technical drawings and understand construction documentation.
• Must have hands-on site experience, including taking measurements and overseeing implementation.
• Strong attention to detail, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
