We are seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer & Sales professional to join our on-site team in Mumbai. This full-time role is a unique blend of creative design and strategic sales, where you will translate client visions into exceptional interior spaces while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement creative interior solutions for residential and commercial clients, from concept to completion.
• Work directly with clients to assess needs, define project scopes, and develop compelling design concepts and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide expert consultations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations for clients, architects, and designers.
• Develop detailed sales proposals, quotations, and project documentation tailored to client requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure design integrity and timely project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a creative professional with a strong commercial acumen, excellent client-facing skills, and a proven track record in high-end interior design and sales.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
• A Degree or Diploma in Interior Designing.
• 5-8 years of proven, relevant experience in both residential and commercial interior design and sales.
• Expertise in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, PYTHA, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, client negotiation, and managing the full project lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Exceptional client-facing, communication, and presentation skills with a sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive willingness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends and technological advancements.
