Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Residential Site Incharge to lead the on-site execution of high-end interior fit-out projects for residential spaces. Based on-site in Mulund West, Mumbai, you will be the central point of coordination, ensuring projects are completed on time, within design specifications, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This full-time role requires a hands-on leader with 3-5 years of direct experience in interior supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily interior fit-out activities, including installations, site preparation, and quality control to ensure adherence to design and schedule.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring strict on-site compliance and resolving any technical issues that arise.
• Manage end-to-end material processes: procurement, inventory tracking, usage optimization, and coordination with quantity surveyors and designers.
• Select and source residential finishes and fixtures, such as flooring, wall treatments, lighting, furniture, and plumbing fittings.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, designers, and client representatives to provide daily progress updates and align on project goals.
• Generate detailed site reports, checklists, and documentation to maintain clear project records and efficient execution systems.
• Enforce strict health, safety, and regulatory compliance protocols for all workers and activities on site.
• Engage with all stakeholders proactively to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth project advancement, reporting directly to the Project Manager.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent technical knowledge and leadership skills, capable of managing site teams and client expectations in a dynamic residential construction environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of proven experience in supervising residential interior fit-out and construction projects.
• Diploma in Civil Construction, Interior Works, or equivalent vocational training. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Hands-on proficiency in reading technical drawings, AutoCAD basics, MS Excel for reporting, and site management applications.
• Strong expertise in residential interior materials, vendor coordination, and understanding of local building norms and standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to interface effectively with clients, designers, and on-site teams.
• Willingness to travel locally (approximately 50%) and availability for the Day Shift.
