We are seeking an experienced International BPO Executive for a senior role within our Australian outbound process. Your core mission will be to generate high-quality business leads through strategic cold calling and appointment setting for the Australian market.

In this role, you will not only be responsible for achieving your personal targets but also for driving team performance. You will manage daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and conduct performance reviews. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who excels in a target-driven, international B2B sales environment and is committed to mentoring a team towards collective success.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a seasoned BPO professional with a proven track record in international outbound sales and team management. The ideal candidate is a graduate with excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a data-driven approach to performance.

Education & Mandatory Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an International BPO voice process is required.

Specific experience in International Outbound, Collections, or Cold Calling is mandatory.

Must be available for the fixed morning shift (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon-Fri).

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Drive lead generation and appointment setting for the Australian process.

Manage daily team activities, adherence, and scheduling.

Generate a minimum of 2 hot leads with decision-makers daily.

Conduct B2B cold calls to Australian businesses to schedule meetings for the sales team.

Drive continuous improvement in team metrics and performance.

Conduct performance appraisals, one-on-one meetings, and team reviews.

Present weekly performance reports to management.

Manage attrition and support employee career development.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong team leadership and people management skills.

Good Excel skills and proficiency in performance reporting.

Awareness of SLA/SLO metrics and a strong focus on achieving targets.

Work Location: This is a full-time, in-person role based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
