Seminox Pipes & Tubes Ltd. is a global manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel and high-nickel alloy pipes and tubes, serving industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, marine, and shipbuilding. The company operates from a modern manufacturing facility with advanced machinery and testing labs, ensuring compliance with international quality standards and delivering precision-engineered products worldwide.

The International Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role focuses on expanding international market presence, developing export strategies, managing global clients, and strengthening long-term partnerships. The position requires strong commercial insight, coordination with internal teams, and active participation in global sales and negotiations.

• Develop and execute international business growth strategies
• Identify and pursue new export and overseas market opportunities
• Manage key international clients, distributors, and global accounts
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers
• Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams
• Monitor global market trends, competition, and trade regulations
• Represent the company in international meetings and exhibitions

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international business development or export sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills. The role demands fluency in English, a deep understanding of global trade practices, and the ability to build long-term international relationships. Experience in manufacturing or industrial products will be a strong advantage.

• Proven experience in international business development or export sales
• Strong track record of achieving global sales or export targets
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of international markets and trade practices
• Experience in account management and client relationship building
• Degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or related field
