International Customer Service Advisor

This is an international customer support role where you will serve as a key representative for our global clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound communications, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for an international audience. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat for international clients, primarily in regions like the US, UK, or other global markets.
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical support, following defined processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Adhere to key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, average handling time, and quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with team leads and support departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
• Adapt to a shifting schedule, which may include night shifts or rotational hours, to align with international time zones.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment. Fluency in English and the willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, are essential. Prior experience in international voice or non-voice processes is a plus, but motivated freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with neutral accent and clear pronunciation.
• Ability to work effectively in night shifts or rotational shifts as per business requirements.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM tools, email, and chat platforms.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a structured, target-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate preferred.
