About the Role:
This is a high-impact, full-time role as a US Sales Enrolment Specialist. You will be the primary point of contact for US-based parents and students, guiding them from initial curiosity to successful enrollment. This is a hybrid position based in Mulund, Mumbai, requiring 3 days of work from the office and a fixed US night shift schedule. You will own the entire enrollment funnel and be directly responsible for driving growth in our key market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultative sales conversations with parents and students in the US to understand their needs.
• Qualify leads effectively to focus on the best-fit prospects for our tutoring programs.
• Schedule trial classes, conduct confident follow-ups, and finalize enrollments.
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• Own the sales pipeline by meticulously updating and managing the CRM (Zoho preferred).
• Track personal funnel performance and provide actionable insights to optimize the overall sales process.

Work Details:
• Location: Mulund, Mumbai (Hybrid: 3 days Work From Office)
• Shift: Mandatory Fixed US Night Shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM IST)

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:
• 2–6 years of proven experience in B2C / Inside Sales with a strong performance record.
• Expertise in consultative selling—guiding, not pushing, customers.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in conversing with a professional US audience.
• A highly organized, target-driven, and accountable work ethic.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and experience handling high lead volumes (Zoho is a bonus).

Preferred Experience:
• Direct experience selling to US customers.
• Background in EdTech or service-based sales.
• A genuine passion for high-growth, scaling environments.
