Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory & Dispatch Coordinator for a full-time, in-person position. This role is central to our operations, ensuring the efficient flow of materials from supplier receipt through to final dispatch. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, quality control, and managing all logistics to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
• Conduct regular stock checks and reviews to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the production team to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.
• Perform quality checks on all incoming fabrics from suppliers and the production house.
• Monitor daily consumable stock and place timely re-orders as needed.
• Manage all inventory transactions within the ERP system, ensuring accurate posting of purchase, production, and consumption entries.
Dispatch Operations:
• Review customer orders and prepare accurate packing lists.
• Identify and arrange for out-of-stock items by coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and production.
• Oversee day-to-day dispatch activities to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with courier and transport partners to ensure same-day dispatch and smooth logistics.
• Prepare all necessary dockets and LR (Lorry Receipt) documents for every shipment.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented graduate with strong academic credentials, proficient in multitasking and MS Office. You must possess excellent coordination skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree is required.
• Academics: Must have a strong academic record with above 75% marks in SSC, HSC, and Graduation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS-Office and experience with ERP systems for inventory management.
• Attributes: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. A keen eye for detail in quality checks and documentation.
