We are seeking experienced and dedicated Faculty members for a contractual engagement at a college located in Lohegaon, Pune. This role involves delivering high-quality theory and practical sessions across specialized technology domains, mentoring students, and ensuring effective learning outcomes aligned with the curriculum. You will play a key role in shaping the academic experience for students in a dynamic, hands-on learning environment.
Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom and lab sessions, preparing instructional materials, and guiding students through complex technical concepts. This is a weekly contractual role with a clear focus on practical, outcome-based education.
Key Responsibilities (Common to All Positions):
• Deliver scheduled classroom lectures and hands-on practical/lab sessions as per the academic timetable.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans, presentations, code demonstrations, and practical exercises.
• Conduct workshops, coding labs, and doubt-resolution sessions to reinforce student understanding.
• Maintain accurate student attendance records and basic academic documentation.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and administration to ensure smooth delivery and curriculum alignment.
• Foster a disciplined, engaging, and effective learning environment for all students.
Skill Requirement

• Faculty 01 – Data, Analytics & Development Tools: Expertise in Programming, Data Handling, Git/GitHub, Excel, Power BI, and Analytics Tools.
• Faculty 02 – Mobile, Networks & Emerging Tech: Expertise in React Native, Data Communication & Networks, Cyber Laws, and Emerging Technologies.
• Faculty 03 – Data & Intelligent Systems: Expertise in DBMS, Data Warehousing/Mining, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Faculty 04 – Systems, DevOps & Coding: Expertise in DevOps, Software Testing, Operating Systems, and hands-on Coding.
