Planet EduVentures’ IIT & Medical Coaching division, one of India’s fastest-growing coaching institutes, is seeking passionate and dedicated faculty members to join our expansion into Tier-I, II, and III cities. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, inspiring students, and contributing to exceptional results in competitive exams like JEE and NEET. You will combine rigorous teaching with content development, while serving as a role model who instills discipline, a love for learning, and academic excellence in students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction in JEE and/or NEET subjects, fostering conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.
• Develop and refine teaching content, lesson plans, and learning materials to align with competitive exam patterns and standards.
• Act as a mentor and role model, promoting self-learning, discipline, and academic rigor among students.
• Continuously enhance subject knowledge and teaching methodologies through training and self-improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: IIT/NIT degree (B.Tech/M.Tech), M.Sc., or Ph.D. in relevant subjects. Freshers are welcome and will be trained.
• Experience: 1–2 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching is recommended. Senior faculty are also encouraged to apply for training and mentorship roles.
• Attributes: Passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, discipline, rigor, and a student-centric approach.
• Willingness to relocate to assigned centers across India as part of the institute’s expansion.
