🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For Sports Person:
- 10th Pass along with National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT in relevant Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering trades.
- 10th Pass along with ITI certificate in the respective Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering trades.
- 10th Pass – Selected candidates under this category will undergo 2 years of training.
- 12th (+2 Stage) Pass or its equivalent qualification.
- 10th Pass / ITI / NAC (as granted by NCVT) or equivalent qualification.

📝 Application Process
Step 1: Download Form
Download the official notification and application form (Annexure-I) from the RWF website.
Step 2: Read Instructions
Read the instructions carefully before filling out the form.
Step 3: Print Form
Print the application form on good-quality A4 white paper (210 x 297 mm) using the same format provided in the official notification.
Step 4: Fill Form
Fill in all the required details in your own handwriting using a blue ballpoint pen. The form can be filled either in English or Hindi.
Step 5: Submit
Attach the required documents and submit the form to the appropriate RWF address as mentioned in the official notification before the closing date.
🎯 Selection Process
Document Verification and Sports Trials
- The trials will be conducted to evaluate each candidate’s skills and performance in their respective sports disciplines.
- Only those candidates who are found FIT during trials will be considered for the next stage of selection.
- Candidates declared “NOT FIT” will not be evaluated further by the Recruitment Committee.
- The dates and venues for the trials will be announced later on the official RWF website.
- The trials are expected to be held at Rail Wheel Factory Stadium, Yelahanka, Bangalore – 560064.
