Educational Qualification (शैक्षणिक पात्रता)
- General Manager (GM): Graduate in any discipline with JAIIB/CAJIB/HDC/GDCAA, DCBM, DBF, DBM or equivalent diploma. Candidates holding a CA qualification will be preferred.
- Deputy General Manager (DGM): Graduate in any discipline with JAMB / CAJIB / HDC / GDC&A or equivalent qualification. CA degree holders will be preferred.
- Assistant General Manager (AGM): Must possess a degree in any discipline with JAIB/CAIB/HDC/GOCEA or similar qualification.
- Branch Manager: Graduation in any stream and minimum 5 years of experience as an officer/branch officer in a recognized bank. Preference will be given to candidates with JAIB CAIB certification.
