- Full-time B.E/B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering.
For Management Trainee (Mechanical):
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
For Management Trainee (Instrumentation):
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech degree in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
For Management Trainee (Civil):
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering.
For Management Trainee (HR & Admin):
- Two years full-time P.G. degree or diploma in PM & IR/HRM/Labour & Social Works, or MBA with specialization in PM & IR/HRM.
For Management Trainee (Finance):
- Graduate degree with CA/ICWAI qualification.
