Eligibility Criteria
Taluka Coordinator
- Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Social Work, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in public health, nutrition, or community development programs at the taluk or block level is required.
- Applicants must have a strong understanding of maternal and child nutrition, anaemia reduction programs, and IFA supplementation.
- Experience in coordinating with government departments such as Health, ICDS, and Panchayat Raj, along with community-level institutions, is essential.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills in Kannada and English are mandatory.
- Must be able to work independently, manage field teams, and travel extensively within the assigned taluk.
- Knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel is preferred.
District Lead
- Must possess a Master’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Should have 5–8 years of relevant experience in managing public health or nutrition-based programs at the district level.
- Strong knowledge of maternal and child nutrition, IFA supplementation, and community mobilization practices is required.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with government departments (Health, ICDS, Panchayat Raj) is important.
- Must have excellent communication and reporting skills in Kannada and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the district is required.
Field Research Investigators
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nutrition, Social Sciences, Public Health, or any related field.
- Applicants with 1–2 years of community-based experience in health, nutrition, or development projects are preferred.
