🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For Senior Project Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Optometry with a minimum of three years of clinical experience OR Master’s degree in Optometry (M.Optom)
- Hands-on experience in operating ophthalmic diagnostic instruments including Fundus Camera, OCT and Visual Field Analyzer
- Experience in clinical data collection and patient recruitment is desirable
- Familiarity with glaucoma-related parameters such as IOP, RNFL thickness, cup–disc ratio, VFI, MD and PSD is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and basic data processing tools
- Working knowledge of image formats like DICOM, JPEG and TIFF and data management software used in clinical research
- Strong understanding of ophthalmic imaging principles and clinical data workflows
- Ability to collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists and clinicians to ensure data readiness for model development
