Educational Qualification
For Project Research Scientist – I (Medical):
- Essential: MBBS/ BDS/ equivalent or Bachelor in Allied Health Sciences with MPH
- Desirable: Postgraduate Degree (MD/ MS/Epidemiology/ Clinical trials), Prior experience in supervising data collection and coordinating multi-site projects, Prior experience in Maternal Child health projects, Good writing and communication skills, Knowledge of computer software for data collection, documentation, data entry, cleaning, analysis, and transcription, Trained in Research Methodology and skills in conducting training programs
For Project Staff Nurse- Project Nurse – II:
- Essential: Three-year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Course
- Desirable: Prior experience in supervising data collection and coordinating multi-site projects, Prior experience in Maternal Child health projects, Good writing and communication skills, Knowledge of computer software for data collection, documentation, data entry, cleaning, analysis, and transcription, Trained in Research Methodology and skills in conducting training programs
For Project Technical Support-II:
- Essential: 12th in science with Diploma in Echocardiography or equivalent and five years’ experience OR Three-year graduates in Echocardiography with two years of experience
- Desirable: Prior experience in data collection, Prior experience in Maternal Child health projects, Good writing and communication skills, Knowledge of computer software for qualitative & quantitative data analysis, data collection, documentation, data entry, cleaning, analysis, and transcription, Trained in Research Methodology & skilled in conducting training programs
