Educational Qualification
For Chief Technology Officer:
- Engineering Graduate or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institution.
- Minimum 20 years’ experience in IT sector handling large IT solutions, preferably with software architecture and development background.
- Desirable: M.Sc/M.Tech in Computer Science/IT or specialization in Information Security/IT Risk Management/Cyber Security, Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2), MBA (Systems), CTO/enterprise architecture certifications (TOGAF/COBIT/ITIL or similar).
- Desirable professional experience includes at least 5 years in senior executive positions managing projects worth more than ₹100 crore, strong project management and infra/application/database skills, and preference for insurance/banking/financial/technology sector background.
