Educational Qualification
For CGM/GM (O&M):
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Applied Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Power Electronics, or Instrumentation from Govt. recognized University/Institute
- OR any graduate with train operations experience from Govt. recognized University/Institute

Experience
GM Level: 20 years overall post-qualification experience in private organisation OR 17 years post-qualification executive level experience in Govt./Metro Rail/PSU.
CGM Level: 23 years overall post-qualification experience in private organisation OR 20 years executive level experience in Govt./Metro Rail/PSU, with minimum 4 years in SAG/GM grade (7th CPC Level 14 or IDA 120000–280000 or equivalent).
Mandatory experience in Operations & Maintenance of Railway/Metro systems.
