Role Overview
As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for building and managing efficient reporting systems, dashboards, and automated workflows. You will collaborate with multiple teams to understand data requirements, streamline processes, and maintain accurate, reliable information across Google Workspace and internal business applications.
Key Responsibilities
MIS Development & Reporting
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Google Sheets and Looker Studio
- Automate reporting and data workflows through Google Apps Script
- Create and manage internal portals or documentation sites using Google Sites
Data Integration & Automation
- Consolidate data from platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and Posist POS into centralized systems
- Develop and maintain Apps Script for scheduled data sync, transformations, and error handling
- Implement APIs, webhooks, and triggers for near real-time data updates
Technical Support & System Management
- Act as the primary support contact for Zoho, Salesforce, Posist, and other internal tools
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve technical issues
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, system upgrades, and user training
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare clear documentation, SOPs, and user guides for all systems
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data validation)
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Apps Script automation
- Expertise in Looker Studio for dashboard creation
- Working knowledge of Google Sites
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce administration, and Posist POS
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration concepts
Analytical & Communication Skills
