We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative professional to join our team as a Production & Buyer Coordinator. In this full-time role, you will serve as the vital link between our buyers and the production department, ensuring smooth communication, accurate order fulfillment, and timely execution of all processes. Your role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison, coordinating with buyers and the production department to relay requirements, updates, and feedback.
Ensure clear and accurate transmission of order specifications, timelines, and any changes between all parties.
Monitor production schedules to align with buyer commitments and delivery deadlines.
Facilitate problem-solving for any issues that arise in the order fulfillment process.
Maintain organized records of communications, orders, and production updates.
Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 per month
Work Location: In-person
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive graduate with proven coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, liaison-based role.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate degree.
Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience in coordination, customer service, production planning, or a similar client-facing operational role.
Language: Must be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in using MS Office or related software for documentation and communication.
