Job Description
We are a growing architecture and turnkey interior design studio in Pune, specializing in premium residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects. Our practice is built on strong planning, refined design, and execution-ready detailing. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Architect to join our collaborative design and execution team. This full-time role offers a unique hands-on opportunity to be involved in all project phases—from initial concepts and 3D visualization to site coordination—within a supportive, learning-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive architectural and interior drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and construction details.
• Assist senior architects in developing concept designs, space planning, and design development.
• Create accurate 3D models and produce basic visual renders to communicate design intent.
• Develop precise working drawings and execution-ready documentation for sites.
• Participate in site visits to assist with coordination, supervision, and understanding of on-ground execution.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a recent architecture graduate with a foundational skill set, a keen eye for detail, and a strong desire to learn. You should be proactive, willing to engage with both design and practical execution, and excited to contribute to high-quality projects from the ground up.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• A professional degree in Architecture (Required).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential.
• Basic knowledge of 3D rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5.
• Fundamental understanding of construction drawings, materials, and building techniques.
• A strong willingness to learn on-site execution and project coordination.
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Pune, Maharashtra.
