Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Architect or Interior Designer to join our creative team. This full-time role is designed for a professional with foundational experience who is ready to engage in diverse projects from concept to completion. You will be instrumental in developing design drawings, coordinating on-site activities, and ensuring our design vision is accurately translated into reality. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
• Assist in the creation of compelling visual presentations and renderings using Photoshop.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design adherence, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Support senior designers and architects in project development, space planning, and material selection.
• Help resolve on-site design and coordination issues, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within specification.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong technical foundation and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both studio work and on-site responsibilities, and is committed to delivering high-quality design outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 1.5 to 2+ years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop is essential.
• Hands-on experience with site visits, contractor coordination, and on-site problem-solving.
• Strong visual and spatial awareness with a good eye for design and details.
• Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate for this in-person role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
