Shah’s Dental Serenity is seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Associate Dentist to join our practice. This full-time position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career dentist proficient in all routine dental procedures. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a wide range of routine dental procedures, including examinations, fillings, scaling, root canal treatments, and extractions.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient dental records.
• Ensure all clinical practices adhere to established health, safety, and sterilization protocols.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a compassionate and competent dentist with strong foundational knowledge. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care are essential. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Mandatory Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree.
• Proficiency in performing all common routine dental procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to clinical excellence and patient comfort.
• Preferred: Candidates residing in or near Vile Parle and Juhu for reliable commuting.
