Job Description
We are building a high-performance sales team at ROBU.IN and are seeking a motivated Junior Electronic Sales Executive to join us. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in sales, specifically within electronics or related technical fields. You will be at the forefront of our B2B sales efforts, responsible for generating leads, converting sales, and nurturing long-term customer relationships in the electronic components and products sector.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Proactively reaching out to B2B customers via outbound calls to generate qualified leads.
Converting leads into successful sales by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable electronic products and solutions.
Managing and coordinating the after-sales process to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Onboarding new B2B clients and maintaining ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business.
Accurately maintaining customer records and daily activity reports in the CRM system.
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a proactive and persistent salesperson with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of electronics. You should be comfortable in a target-driven, outbound sales environment and have a passion for technology and customer service.
The required qualifications are:
1 to 2 years of experience in Tele-Sales, Outbound Sales, or Inside Sales, preferably in electronic products/components.
Educational background: Graduate/Diploma/B.E. in Electronics, E&TC, Mechatronics, or a related field. Relevant sales experience is also acceptable.
Fluent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer knowledge.
Experience using CRM software for lead management and reporting.
