We are seeking a motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to this exciting creative process.
In this role, you will be responsible for bringing creative briefs to life. Your primary activities will include:
• Understanding project briefs and scopes to grasp core objectives.
• Studying brand identity and mandatory guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Developing graphics, visuals, and designs that convey the brief and give identity to products.
• Adapting designs for specific media platforms (print/digital) and analyzing their display environment.
• Incorporating client feedback into final designs.
• Reviewing all deliverables meticulously before publishing to ensure error-free output.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our office in Thane, with a salary range of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a recent graduate with foundational skills and a passion for design. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably from a Fine Arts college, is highly desired. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience and a keen willingness to learn and grow within a professional creative environment.
The necessary qualifications and skills for this role include:
• A Bachelor’s degree (Fine Arts preferred).
• 0-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Practical exposure to core design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• A commitment to staying updated with the latest design techniques, software updates, and printing technologies.
• The ability to work from our office in Thane, Maharashtra.
• Strong preference for candidates available to join immediately.
