Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative, energetic, and detail-focused Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic studio. This role offers the exciting opportunity to support our senior design team in the full project lifecycle, from initial concept development to on-site implementation for both residential and commercial spaces. You will gain hands-on experience in technical site management while refining your design aesthetic and project execution skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the senior design team in developing creative concepts and detailed design presentations for client projects.
• Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, space plans, and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Support material sourcing, selection, and specification for various projects.
• Participate in site visits to assist with measurements, surveys, and supervision of work in progress.
• Help in preparing project documentation, including schedules, mood boards, and sample boards.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and clients under the guidance of senior designers.
• Contribute to the overall project workflow, ensuring designs are practical, aesthetically strong, and meet client requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a closely related field is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Familiarity with other software like SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite is a strong advantage.
• Strong creative and visual communication skills with a good understanding of space, color, and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• A proactive, high-energy approach and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities, including site work.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior internship or project experience in an interior design studio is preferred but not mandatory.
