Join ARCHOS, a renowned full-service Architectural & Interior Design & Build Studio with over 17 years of expertise. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to contribute to our diverse portfolio of Residential, Corporate, Retail, and Mixed-Use projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating client visions into innovative, functional, and high-quality design solutions from concept to completion.
Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, detailed space plans, and furniture layouts that align with client briefs and project objectives.
Prepare accurate and detailed project cost estimates and ensure all designs are feasible for execution.
Curate and specify appropriate materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings to bring design concepts to life.
Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to design intent.
Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies in interior design and architecture.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a qualified designer with a strong portfolio, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. You must be a proactive project manager and a collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, full-service studio environment.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from a recognized institution is required.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design is required.
High proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
Keen eye for aesthetics, detail, color, and spatial functionality.
Excellent verbal and visual communication skills for effective client presentations and team collaboration.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills for onsite and vendor management
