Job Description
ReNNovate Interiors, located at Newcuffe Parade, Wadala, is seeking a Mumbai-based Junior Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is ideal for a recent graduate with 0-2 years of experience, offering a salary range of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month. You will work from our Mumbai office, reporting directly to our Lead Designer, and be integral in transforming client visions into executed interior projects.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Managing client interactions from initial contact to final conversion, including calling leads, documenting requirements, and conducting follow-ups.
• Translating client needs into technical designs using CAD, PowerPoint presentations, and detailed quotations.
• Overseeing site measurements and ensuring project execution aligns with the final design.
• Developing SketchUp concepts into comprehensive, detailed AutoCAD drawings for execution.
• Creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and final quotations for clients.
You will ensure all drawings meet our stringent quality standards:
• Guarantee accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the approved design look and feel.
• Maintain rigorous drawing standards for dimensioning, layering, and version control.
• Prepare all execution-stage drawings and get them vetted by the Group Head.
• Manage design documentation, folder systems, and update drawing lists weekly for the project team.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented graduate with a foundational understanding of interior design principles and a passion for practical execution. You must possess a B.Voc or B.Arch degree and be proficient in essential design software.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Lumion is mandatory.
• Ability to create precise technical drawings and compelling presentation visuals.
Professional Requirements:
• Must be located in or reliably commute to Wadala, Mumbai.
• Fluent communication skills in English are required.
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and version control.
• Keen attention to detail for error-checking drawings and project documentation.
