We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will handle a diverse caseload and represent clients with the highest professional standards.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Representing clients in the Bombay High Court and other lower courts across criminal, civil, and commercial matters.
• Preparing briefing papers, reports, and assisting in the efficient planning and coordination of litigation work.
• Conducting and managing a caseload efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintaining excellent client care and communication while utilizing case management systems.
• Supporting senior lawyers and team members, and contributing to business development for the firm.
Skill Requirement
We seek a qualified, ambitious litigation lawyer with excellent advocacy skills and a proven ability to handle complex cases independently. The ideal candidate is professional, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
The required skills and qualifications are:
• A qualified litigation lawyer with a minimum of 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Solid, demonstrable experience in arguing matters independently in court.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-care skills.
• Proficiency in time recording, case management, and legal IT systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
Preferred experience:
• Background in regulatory criminal law and/or civil litigation.
• Experience in marketing or business development within a legal setting.
