Wild Glow Cosmetics is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our dynamic team in Andheri West, Mumbai. In this hands-on, onsite role, you will play a key part in shaping our visual brand identity by crafting compelling video content for digital platforms. You will edit a variety of content—from fast-paced social media Reels to longer YouTube videos and advertisements—bringing our K-beauty story to life with engaging motion graphics, color grading, and sound design. This is an exciting opportunity for an editor passionate about beauty and lifestyle content to grow within a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for platforms like Reels, TikTok, YouTube, ads, and our website.
• Create and integrate motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative team on storyboarding and content planning.
• Perform color correction, color grading, and basic audio mixing for polished final output.
• Manage and organize project files and assets efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, formats, and social media content styles.
• Edit influencer and user-generated content (UGC) to align with brand aesthetics.
• Deliver high-quality edits consistently while meeting tight deadlines.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a talented editor with a strong creative vision and technical proficiency in industry-standard software. You must have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and experience or a strong interest in the beauty and cosmetics industry. A robust portfolio showcasing your skills is essential.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional video editing experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong working knowledge of After Effects or Final Cut Pro.
• Specialized Skills: Proven ability in motion graphics, animation, color grading, and audio editing.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience editing content for the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle sector is highly preferred.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating your editing style and capabilities is mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Excellent storytelling ability, a creative mindset, and strong organizational skills.
• Availability: Must be available to work onsite Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 8 PM, in Andheri West, Mumbai. Immediate joiners or those available within 7 days are highly preferred.
