We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Redma Ideas. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai, where you will be the strategic partner for our most important clients, driving business growth through deep relationship management and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring their business objectives are met and exceeded.
Develop and execute detailed business plans that align client goals with our agency’s creative and operational capabilities.
Analyze campaign data, performance metrics, and market trends to propose strategic improvements and demonstrate clear ROI to clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional, high-quality customer service and ensuring seamless communication.
Act as the bridge between the client and internal creative/production teams, aligning client objectives with operational excellence for successful project delivery.
Focus on driving mutual growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and expanding the scope of partnership.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven professional with a proven track record in managing key accounts within a creative agency environment. You must possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for blending creativity with performance.
Requirements:
3 to 8 years of experience in Key Account Management, specifically within a branding, advertising, or creative agency.
Proven proficiency in all aspects of Account Management and Key Account strategy.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, performance analysis, and strategic planning.
Demonstrable experience in Business Planning and long-term strategic development for client portfolios.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
Knowledge of branding principles, creative processes, design workflows, and production is a significant advantage.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a closely related field is required.
A deep understanding of the advertising, branding, and marketing industry landscape is essential.
