Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Key Account / Client Manager. This role is pivotal in managing key client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and driving strategic business growth. You will be the primary liaison between our clients and our operations, responsible for understanding client needs, aligning them with our portfolio, and ensuring superior service delivery and satisfaction. This is an individual contributor role with shared team support, ideal for someone adept at both strategic planning and hands-on account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Identify and understand customer needs, aligning them effectively with the company’s product portfolio.

Customer Insight & Relationship: Build a deep understanding of the client’s business, model, and procurement processes. Collaborate with operations to ensure timely delivery and service.

Strategic Business Development: Identify new requirements and opportunities within existing accounts and communicate them to the business development team for action.

Performance Monitoring: Consistently track KPIs such as on-time delivery, order pipeline, and payment collection. Address deviations promptly with accurate reporting.

Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular, structured review sessions with clients to foster operational excellence and align with their strategic priorities.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a strategic, client-focused individual with a proven track record in B2B account management, preferably within manufacturing or a related industry.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Key Account Manager or equivalent strategic client-facing role.

Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience and 1 year of field sales experience (Required).

Proficient in using CRM or similar platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
